becoz there are so many jobs in this world that they can do that nobody else wants to do and dont need education for,
i go to school in the city and i see them around so much its pretty sad, they are talking to themselves and looking through bins for food and sometimes random civilians are traumatizing them, its sad lol

I didn’t watch the video, but I have seen plenty of “bums” in my lifetime and yes, there are an unfortunate number of them who are “crazy”… most of them probably have diagnosable mental disorders. And certain disorders lead them to be “dangerous.” They may have become homeless due to their not being able to get help for themselves or hold down a job. They self-medicate with alcohol or drugs and that only makes their behavior worse. And it certainly doesn’t help them when people take videos of them and post them on the internet.
