Diet is the key. With body types like Beyonce, I know their diets are usually very “unhealthy” – meaning eating fats, high calorie stuff, cheeses, etc, but the reason why their bodies are **** is the exercise.
To get curves like that, you must obviously gain weight (not to the point where you have a gut or anything like that…) but as you are enjoying the high fat foods, really really exercise. The hormones in dairy products will help your body grow and the working out will help tone the growth.
I used to weigh 280 pounds and now im down to about 195. im a dude, 6′1″ . The things I said above are *my* opinion on how those bodies are sculpted. If you’re really skinny, i dont think curves are in your future – it’s the diet + exercise/weight training that tones and gives the curves.
